Can anyone recommend good value serviced accommodation in Sydney?
We are looking for 2/3 bedroom apartments close to Darling Harbour for a holiday in August. It's for a party of 5 seniors so don't really want basic accommodation nor top end of the market.

- I like Medina and Quest.. They ar reasonably priced and have 2 bedroom maybe 3 bedroom apartments. http://www.medina.com.au/ http://www.questapartments.com.au/ It is also worth ringing the hotel directly, I have often been given their corporate rate which is $10 cheaper then the best rate online.
- Another option is the Oaks Goldsborough Apartments. You can research your options on 'last minute' style websites such as Wotif.com. You can narrow down your search type to 'apartments' and specify the exact area you are wanting to stay in eg: Sydney, then Darling Harbour http://www.wotif.com.au You can also specify your maximum nightly rate etc. I would use this site to locate the best property for you then email them directly and ask for their best rate for dates and number of nights you are staying. You may be able to negotiate a better rate directly with the property as they don't have to pay commission to a third party website. By the way, they should never quote you a higher rate direct than anything you can find on the internet. Good luck!
