Best Universities in Australia to study Tourism?

I'm thinking of studying tourism or something related to it, and one of my options is Australia. Which are the best universities that offer a Tourism or Hospitality Degree? If you don't know which ones offer that kind of degree, which universities have the best reputation? Thanks.

1. These two areas are not within the subjects taught at universities - they are the province of TAFE collegues and private establishments (Blue Mountains Hotel Management School for instance).
